Harry Potter

I have recently finished reading the 7th Harrry Potter book: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I must say that it is, in my opinion, the best in the series. But even more exciting than the book itself was the wait to get it. Josh, Lindsay, Roy, Britt, Holly, Mom, and I were all at Barnes and Noble awaiting the arrival of the coveted book. Craig was there, too, but we didn't get to see him much because he ended up working. We had not planned to stay the whole night because we didn't have a book reserved, but we ended up being there until 12:30. There were many highlights to the evening.

• Hufflepuff won the house cup!


• Josh and I came up with a really neat potion even though we didn't win. :(


• Roy came in 3rd for the costume contest!

And most importantly...

• I met this woman while waiting in line for the bathroom who had two books reserved and her boyfriend didn't want the 2nd, so she offered it to me! We were some of the first people to get the book!

To all who weren't at some store waiting for the book, you should've been! But even if you weren't, you should still read the book.
